  • Estimating & Collision Repair Techniques
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Store & Production Management
  • Financial & Business Development
  • Employee Coaching & Development
  • Facility & Workflow Optimization

You'll gain a 360° view of how a Kirmac store operates and emerge prepared to step into a leadership role with confidence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead customer interactions and elevate their experience
  • Learn and apply industry-best practices in estimating and repair
  • Oversee daily production and workflow
  • Drive performance through financial review and KPI tracking
  • Support and coach team members to achieve their potential
  • Represent the Kirmac brand with pride and integrity

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for leadership and growth
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Willingness to travel between locations during training
  • Industry experience is a plus, but not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know
