What You Will Do
As a Senior Consultant in our People and Change practice, you'll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by

  • Supporting client pursuits business development efforts including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives.
  • Building long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking in professional organizations.
  • Taking accountability for client deliverables by leading engagements and teams to successful outcomes with a focus on supporting your team, client needs and generating value.
  • Building your technical and analytical expertise by delivering high quality results on time and proactively identifying and resolving project issues.
  • Working with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance and integrate service offerings across the operations.
  • Executing on project deliverables working independently and in teams as required in the areas of organization design, strategy implementation and change management.
  • Contributing to hands-on delivery of core analysis responsibilities including primary and secondary research, quantitative data collection and analysis, business analysis, and application of frameworks and methodologies to achieve client objectives.
  • Participating in multiple aspects of projects by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, as well as synthesizing conclusions and presenting recommendations.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and upper management and working collaboratively with client teams and help develop client capabilities.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Experience working in a client facing role across a variety of industries and businesses with a passion for delivery high quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment and lead teams and project deliverables.
  • Experience directing meaningful process and strategy improvements that demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively to address client requirements.
  • Confidence and resilience to manage multiple commitments and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working within a management consulting capacity is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Behavioral Sciences, or other related field is an asset.
  • Experience within Human Resources including behavioral change management, organization design, talent management, project management, and organization development is an asset.
  • Experience in workforce analytics is an asset.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $97,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
