About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager, Commercialization, to drive new product ideas from concept to market, turning innovation into reality. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages vendor and co-manufacturing partnerships, and ensures every project delivers on quality, timing, and cost goals, all while supporting Organika's mission to help people live healthier.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Align production schedules and delivery timelines with business needs.
• Evaluate partner performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Budget & Cost Management
• Manage product costs to meet budget targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs and supplier value.
• Project Leadership
• Act as the primary contact for co-manufacturing projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Procurement Strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute procurement strategies that support business objectives.
• Assess and refine procurement and co-manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Performance & Quality Oversight
• Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality and on-time delivery, and take corrective action when needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and uphold high performance standards

Skills & Competencies Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Have or currently working towards your PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
• 5+ years' experience in project management
• Proven success managing vendor partnerships.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management and data analysis tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
