Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in various construction management software. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, manage project timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Duties

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide project execution.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for effective project tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project operations.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to address delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry for 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in construction estimating.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • *MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN HINDI AND ENGLISH*
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We encourage qualified candidates who are passionate about construction management to apply for this exciting opportunity.
