Cardinal Kia, part of the Northern Roads Auto Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, optimizing service operations, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate service advisors and technicians to meet performance targets and maintain high morale.
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and repair order flow to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with customers, handle escalated service concerns, and ensure follow-up for complete satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including CSI, RO count, gross profit, and technician efficiency.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to promote dealership synergy and customer retention.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, service procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive growth and customer loyalty.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of automotive service management experience.
• Kia or import brand experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of achieving service department goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Working knowledge of PBS or similar DMS software.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• 310s Certification is an asset.
