Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This role involves engaging with homeowners, understanding their needs, presenting suitable system options, and guiding them through the decision-making process with expertise and transparency.
You will be responsible for managing inquiries, providing detailed consultations, and ensuring each client receives a clear, informed, and professional experience from the first conversation to installation.
This position offers a base salary plus commission, with strong earning potential for those who consistently perform and deliver results.
Core Responsibilities
- Nurture and prospect your CRM pipeline on a daily basis with precision, organization, and strong time management
- Engage with prospective and existing leads by phone, email, or text message
- Conduct needs-based consultations and prepare accurate proposals and quotes
- Present system recommendations, financing options, and rebate programs clearly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records using CRM tools and manage a structured follow-up process
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or consultative sales (HVAC, home improvement, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and follow a structured sales process
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability
- Proficiency in CRM or similar digital tools
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a focus on long-term success
Compensation & Benefits
