Business Analyst, Medical Affairs and Wellness Office (MAWO)
Salary:
$74,663 - $93,328 - $102,660 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract:
Temporary – until Nov 30, 2026
Hours:
37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Location:
Alberni office (Metro Vancouver) - on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy).
About The Role
As Business Analyst, Medical Affairs and Wellness Office (MAWO) you will support the FNHA in MAWO projects and operational activities. You will lead and facilitate collaborative efforts with Federal, Provincial and Regional agencies and teams and other stakeholders (internal and external). As well, you will lead all technical business analysis activities. Additionally, you will develop and define business cases, briefing notes and decision sheets. In addition to, you will monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to ensure contract service requirements are met.
About You
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, analysis or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Degree in Health Informatics is highly desired
Experience
- 5-7 years direct experience involving large and multifaceted eHealth projects and / or eHealth service delivery
- Excellent communication skills
- Is a team player with a strong customer service orientation and diplomacy while dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high-level of analytical skills, use of tools and experiences.
- Demonstrated high-level of facilitation skills, tools and experiences.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of First Nations healthcare and/or culture is an asset

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
