Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ability to cummunicate in English and Arabic is required.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage time efficiently in a boutique style environment.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cashiering practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and promotions.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
  • Engage with customers to promote sales, upsell products, and encourage repeat business.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are able to occasionally model for the boutique and participate in photo shoots and fashion show events.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • A passion for sales and helping customers find solutions that enhance their shopping experience is highly valued.
  • Organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
