We are seeking a skilled professional who is attentive, experienced, and passionate about providing ultimate relaxation and holistic care.

Job Duties

  • Shampoo customers' hair.
  • Provide scalp treatments to improve scalp health and relaxation.
  • Offer head relaxation massages to relieve tension and promote well-being.
  • Perform scalp conditioning massages using specialized techniques.
  • Assess client needs and preferences to design customized massage sessions.
  • Apply various massage techniques such as kneading, tapping, stroking, and rubbing to the scalp, temples, forehead, ears, and neck.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace following Health Canada standards.
  • Educate clients on scalp health and post-treatment care.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a spa, wellness, or esthetician setting.
  • Knowledge of head, neck, and shoulder anatomy and massage techniques.
  • Skilled in scalp treatments, head massages, and conditioning techniques.
  • Strong communication, hospitality, and client service skills.
  • Professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and dedicated to client wellness.
