Responsibilities
We're currently hiring for a
Customer Service Professional (CSP)
for our
Calgary Installation Services department
. In this role, you'll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There's more to any job than words on a page, but at the core of this position is understanding and meeting our customers' needs. As a Customer Service Professional, you'll be a key brand ambassador – listening to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your role is to provide clear information, resolve issues, and process transactions seamlessly. Each day, you'll be responsible for:
- Confirms customer requirements for service installations
- Address and clarify any customer concerns quickly and efficiently, such as wrong product or damage
- Communicate with customers and sales regarding service concerns, complaints, and product inquiries.
- Proofreads sales & service orders
- Tracks and expedites orders
- Enters data and edits orders
- Provides administrative support for sales
- Quoting chargeable service work parts and labour
- Schedules service appointments and books service crews

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of solid experience in customer service, bringing a strong foundation in helping customers
- Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new tools
- Handles complex inquiries independently with exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
- Builds effective relationships and maintains a warm, professional phone presence
- Thrives in a high-paced environment, easily managing multiple tasks
- Skilled in research and analysis to get to the root of issues
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning to meet the role's demands
- Takes ownership and accountability for all information shared with customers
- Consistently demonstrates advanced customer service skills, keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Communicates professionally and courteously, adapting to different customer needs
- Experience in sales or building construction would be a valuable asset
