Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning & Goal Setting
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, define long-term targets, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and service teams, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure both individual and team success.
- Sales Operations Management
- Oversee departments and regional directors, manage budgets, and allocate resources to achieve objectives.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

Profile And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA an asset).
- Proven experience in sales, operations, and team leadership with measurable revenue growth results.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in separation/centrifuge equipment is an asset.
Bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred.
