Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and help drive the company's growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role provides essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documents

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, records, and information in CRM systems

  • Coordinate communication between sales staff, clients, and internal departments

  • Track sales orders, ensure accurate processing, and follow up on delivery timelines

  • Generate and update sales reports, metrics, and forecasts

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service

  • Support planning and execution of sales campaigns, events, and meetings

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, construction industry, or coordination roles is a plus

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, virtual meeting software, and basic data analysis (Excel/Sheets).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
