Purpose
As an Associate in the Regulatory and Business Initiatives Group (RIG), you will lead and support strategic business initiatives in Canada, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You'll play a key role in project execution, stakeholder management, and regulatory insight, contributing to the success of both local and global programs.
What You'll Do:
- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank capabilities.
- Lead smaller projects or workstreams within complex programs, from planning through to delivery.
- Provide senior business analysis support on high-impact initiatives.
- Manage project governance, risks, and issues, and deliver clear status updates to senior leadership.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, AML/ATF, and conduct risk frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive team environment through coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Attend industry and peer bank meetings to stay informed on regulatory developments and share insights with the RIG team.
- Contribute to regulatory capital initiatives, project best practices, and team-wide strategic priorities.
- Bring forward new regulatory trends and strategic insights to inform team direction.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in project management or business analysis.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or capital markets environments (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Work Arrangement:
This role is fully onsite in Toronto, Ontario.
