Job Description

Our Western Canada Team is looking to grow our team; we provide unique opportunities to engage with high-profile clients and drive transformative initiatives across diverse industries. We are looking for exceptional consulting professionals who have a broad understanding of solutions, and industry best practices, and with hands-on experience on business processes or technology projects.

Must be local to Edmonton and the surrounding area – and willing to work in a hybrid environment with a combo of remote and on-client site.

  • While our offices are located in Alberta, this position requires travel to the United States, one week per month.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to drive the people side of technology and process transformation within our Utilities Operational Technology (OT) environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can challenge assumptions, influence at all levels, and ensure change initiatives deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of OT solutions such as ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems), OMS (Outage Management Systems), SCADA, or related technologies.
  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess impacts, identify readiness gaps, and drive engagement across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and critical thinker — constructively challenging decisions and approaches to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training design, and adoption measurement activities.
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding change management best practices into project delivery.
  • Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to maintain focus on long-term outcomes

  • Prosci Change Management Certification or other recognized change management certification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in Change Management, preferably within the Utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) systems and processes (e.g., ADMS, OMS, SCADA) or experience supporting technology implementation within complex organizational environments.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and constructively challenge stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption, engagement, and sustainment across large-scale change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including an understanding of team roles and responsibilities.
