Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Restoration Team Lead to oversee field operations for restoration projects in Saskatoon. This role is responsible for leading on-site crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to WINMAR's quality standards. You'll be the point person on site — guiding technicians, communicating with clients, and making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise restoration technicians on-site during all project phases
  • Organize and assign daily tasks, ensuring timelines and safety standards are met
  • Provide training, direction, and motivation to field staff
  • Conduct on-site assessments and assist with project documentation
  • Monitor job progress, quality, and compliance with company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers and clients regarding work status and any site concerns
  • Maintain accurate job logs, equipment tracking, and crew reports
  • Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property restoration, construction, or remediation
  • Strong leadership and crew management skills
  • Knowledge of restoration processes (water, fire, mould, trauma, etc.)
  • Ability to read job scopes, plans, and safety documentation
  • Proficient with restoration tools, drying equipment, and safety gear
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • IICRC or related industry certifications considered an asset
