Position: Associate Dentist

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine ability to connect with patients and inspire them to achieve a beautiful, healthy smile. Strong clinical confidence, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset are essential.

For the right candidate, we are willing to offer equity opportunities as well as the option to work at our other clinic, providing long-term career growth within our organization.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam
  • Certified with NDEB
  • Registered and in good standing with the RCDSO
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Experience with dental practice management software required
  • Knowledge of dental practice processes and workflows (scheduling, financial and treatment coordination) is preferred
