Job Description:

This position has a significant amount of responsibility related to:
- Managing high volume of DIAMOND report within SLA and executing manual attestation processes. Sending out attestation emails, tracking progress/responses, submitting revocation requests and documenting data change requirements.
- Managing annual and year-round updates to authorized approvers list while ensuring internal documentations were simultaneously updated
- Supporting Risk and Compliance group by providing evidence for any internal audits/audit findings
- Acting as a subject matter expert on Access Control Systems and supporting PSAS management and staff in resolving any access or access levels related issues
- Supporting Ad-hoc requests related physical security (i.e. door history, card history, access levels update) and investigated issues related to card readers, access badges etc.
- Reviewing PSAS internal procedures and provided feedback to ensure all department processes are captured and documented
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior management to ensure departmental controls were effectively managed
- Providing PSAS management with attestation Statistics on a weekly basis
- Initiating follow-ups and escalations per the process defined
Additional Details related to the team/role:
- GSI's Physical Security Access Services team is critically important as they are responsible for the provisioning of access to our Corporate Facilities across Canada and Asia Pacific.
- This is backfill to an existing position.
- The PSAS team completes over 1000 access requests a week.
- The team also receives and actions daily HR Delta reports of employees who have left to ensure physical access is removed on the Access Control Management system accordingly.
- PSAS receives approximately 3000 plus changes on an annual basis from Diamond Attestation and they also complete manual attestation for access and authorized approvers of over 2000 forms being sent out and changes required to be made.
