Who We Are Looking For
The Income Support Unit is looking for motivated, collaborative Case Managers who are committed to providing supports to clients who require assistance in the areas of income support, employment, and crisis management.

The case manager will work collaboratively with clients to identify needs, develop plans to support financial stability and connect them to appropriate community resources.

Essential qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.

  • Degree and/or diploma in psychology, sociology, criminology as well as other related fields of study will be considered. An applicant enrolled in their 3 rd or 4 th year of a Bachelor of Social Work Degree will be considered.
  • Experience working with case plans (developing, implementing, assisting or reviewing).
  • Work experience in a social services field.
