What this job involves: Join our team as a Sourcing Specialist where you'll partner closely with clients and JLL teams to drive strategic benefits through expert procurement and supplier management. You'll be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing supplier agreements while ensuring compliance with all sourcing policies and procedures. This role requires exceptional attention to detail as you'll maintain contract database integrity, establish work priorities, and collaborate with various departments to resolve complex contractual issues. What your day-to-day will look like:Closely support the client and JLLL Sourcing and Facility Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations to suppliers and operations team. Develop, draft, review, and negotiate supplier agreements with excellent attention to detailEnsure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and proceduresResponsible for data integrity of contract database - oversee maintenance and enhancement of central contract database. Develop supplier relationships with a focus on managing supplier performance and compliance with established compliance requirements Work closely with JLL's client to support supplier performance reviews and to facilitate the successful completion of all client supplier compliance requirements Establish work priorities and resolve complex contractual issues with internal teams and suppliersWork in cooperation with Finance to ensure precise financial transactions processingRequired Qualifications:5+ years of demonstrated experience in commercial contract management and sourcingExperience in real estate or facilities management industryCompletion of formal contract management training or certificationExceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to explain complex contractual terms clearly to non-legal stakeholdersDemonstrated experience with contract lifecycle management systems and knowledge of contract law principles and risk management techniquesExcellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications and ability to pick up new systems quicklyStrong analytical ability with proven capability to identify and resolve issuesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management or other relevant educationAbility to communicate in both English and FrenchSPÉCIALISTE EN APPROVISIONNEMENTRejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant que Spécialiste en Approvisionnement et contribuez directement à la création de valeur stratégique pour nos clients. Professionnel rigoureux recherché, capable de naviguer dans un environnement collaboratif tout en gérant des responsabilités multiples avec autonomie.À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :• Collaborer stratégiquement avec les clients et les équipes JLL d'Approvisionnement et de Gestion des Installations pour créer une valeur ajoutée immédiate et pérenne• Piloter la communication, la coordination et l'exécution des initiatives d'approvisionnement locales et régionales, incluant les négociations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs et les équipes opérationnelles• Concevoir, rédiger, analyser et négocier les accords fournisseurs en garantissant une précision et une attention aux détails exemplaires• Veiller au respect rigoureux des politiques et procédures d'approvisionnement et de contractualisation en vigueur• Assurer l'intégrité et la qualité des données contractuelles en supervisant la maintenance et l'optimisation de la base de données centrale• Cultiver et renforcer les relations fournisseurs en mettant l'accent sur l'évaluation de performance et le respect des exigences de conformité établies• Accompagner les clients JLL dans les évaluations de performance fournisseurs et faciliter l'atteinte des objectifs de conformité requis• Définir les priorités opérationnelles et résoudre proactivement les enjeux contractuels complexes en collaboration avec les équipes internes et externes• Collaborer efficacement avec les équipes Finances pour garantir la précision et la fluidité du traitement des transactions financièresQualifications requises :• Minimum 5 années d'expérience confirmée en gestion de contrats commerciaux et en approvisionnement stratégique• Expérience significative dans le secteur immobilier, de la gestion d'installations ou d'environnements similaires• Formation spécialisée ou certification reconnue en gestion contractuelle (un atout considérable)• Rigueur et souci du détail dans l'exécution des tâches complexes• Compétences de communication écrite et orale de haut niveau, adaptées aux contextes professionnels variés• Aptitude avérée à vulgariser et expliquer les clauses contractuelles complexes auprès d'interlocuteurs non-spécialisés• Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion du cycle de vie contractuel et solide compréhension des principes juridiques et des stratégies de mitigation des risques• Expertise informatique avancée incluant la suite MS Office et capacité d'adaptation rapide aux nouvelles technologies• Compétences analytiques développées avec un historique probant dans l'identification et la résolution de problématiques complexesQualifications préférées :• Diplôme de premier cycle en Commerce, Droit, Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe pertinent• Bilinguisme français-anglais, oral et écrit, pour évoluer efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel*Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l'extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d'avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d'analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)Location: Remote –Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB, Montreal, QC, Toronto, ONIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
