Field Services Analyst

On-Site Duties

  • Installation: Installing new equipment, systems, and technology at client locations.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment runs efficiently and prevent breakdowns.
  • Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, making necessary repairs using tools and schematics, and identifying faulty components.
  • Testing: Testing equipment and components to ensure proper function and identify issues and resolve them

Customer Interaction

Customer Support: Providing on-site technical support, explaining problems, and answering customer questions.

  • Training & Recommendations: Advising customers on how to use software and equipment properly and making recommendations to enhance system performance or prevent future issues.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating positive relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Reporting: Creating detailed and timely documentation, and records of work performed.
  • Workflow Management: Managing their schedule, tying workflow to assigned tasks, and keeping track of work progression.
  • Collaboration: Working with their technical team, sharing information, and cooperating across the organization.
  • Safety & Protocol: Adhering to all company procedures, safety guidelines, and protocols, including safe vehicle operation.
  • System Management: Utilizing and updating company automation systems and company databases.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3 years relevant technical experience is required
  • Ability to assemble and or install hardware such as:
  • Server Racks
  • Access Points
  • Switches
  • Servers
  • Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications highly desired
  • Self-motivated, detail orientated, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner with a high level of quality
  • At least 3 years' experience managing & working with the following technologies:
  • Windows Server/Azure
  • Microsoft/Office 365/Entra ID
  • Active Directory
  • Switching/Firewalls
  • VPNs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
