Senior Advisor, Data and Disclosure, Credit Risk

As a Senior Advisor, Data and Disclosure, Credit Risk, you help mine and valorize data collected through various channels to support regulatory disclosure for credit risk. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. You assist clients on various initiatives that involve using data and designing reports tailored to business needs. You use your understanding of existing data to contribute to complex business projects and initiatives that require detailed analysis and knowledge of the fields of regulation and disclosure. You use your ability to interpret guidelines based on the organization's objectives and priorities to prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans. You serve as a resource person for various stakeholders on data mining and regulatory disclosure. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields to understand needs and present and explain results of analyses. More specifically, you will be required to:
Work with data analysts to build and develop regulatory reports (Pillar 3, EDTF, etc.) on credit risk and risk-weighted assets (RWA) to ensure the disclosure of credit risk and make recommendations or develop positions to support business decision making.
Develop and maintain proper documentation for disclosure processes and reports.
Monitor the market for risk indicators and various regulatory requirements regarding disclosure.
Help develop positions on various regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools.
Help clients define their needs, make recommendations and provide advice for selecting, implementing and using data management tools.
Carry out cross-sector analyses to investigate the impact of variations in credit risk indicators on risk-weighted assets.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience, ideally including three years of experience in the field of regulation or disclosure.
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of the field of regulation and associated data
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in work optimization tools (OneNote, Planner, Jira, etc.)
Knowledge of agile work methods
