About the Role

We're looking for a Human Resources Advisor for an 18-month term, supporting in-scope internal and external recruitment across our Gas & Pipelines and Electricity business units. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment, support internal mobility and people moves, and contribute to key HR initiatives including talent management and employee/labour relations. You'll work closely with hiring leaders to ensure smooth, efficient processes aligned with policies and collective agreements.

What You Get To Do:

  • Lead full-cycle in-scope recruitment for internal and external candidates

  • Partner with hiring leaders to support process alignment and candidate selection

  • Ensure accurate and complete employee documentation

  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related tracking tools

  • Support in-scope sourcing and mobility strategies

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across HR

  • Participate in interviews and provide recommendations

  • Monitor resourcing trends to enhance processes and service delivery

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field

  • 1 - 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a unionized work environment

  • General knowledge of HR practices and processes, and employment laws

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems; Oracle Cloud experience an asset

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail
