Nous avons actuellement un poste à pourvoir pour un(e) Directeur de Territoire – Montréal et Ottawa. Le rôle principal de ce poste est d'établir des relations avec les entrepreneurs et les distributeurs, en mettant l'accent sur l'exploration et la croissance du territoire. Ce poste clé au sein de notre organisation sera rattaché au Directeur des Ventes
Le candidat idéal devra posséder d'excellentes compétences en vente et en négociation, ainsi qu'un sens aigu des affaires. Le candidat doit être enthousiaste, orienté vers les objectifs et avide d'apprendre. De solides compétences en communication écrite et orale, ainsi que de bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles, sont essentielles pour traiter avec plusieurs services, clients et vendeurs.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Développer et faire croître les ventes dans le secteur résidentiel et chez les distributeurs
- Informer les clients sur le choix des produits et sur les informations relatives à l'installation afin d'assurer la réussite des projets
- Apprendre en continu sur les lignes de produits actuelles et nouvelles, ainsi que sur les nouveaux développements dans l'industrie
- Organiser et réaliser des présentations Unilock
- Participer à des activités de formation, assister à des séminaires et à des conférences, selon les besoins
- Participer à tous les salons et événements programmés localement
- Autres tâches assignées pour répondre aux besoins permanents de l'organisation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diplôme universitaire est un atout
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
Solides compétences en vente
- Organisé, capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de travailler sous pression dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la conception ou de la réalisation d'aménagement paysager serait considérée comme un atout
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et compétences avancées en matière de présentation
- Les candidats doivent être en mesure de passer une vérification de leurs antécédents criminels
- Un permis de conduire valide au Canada est exigé

We currently have an opening for a Territory Manager – Montreal & Ottawa. The primary role of the position is to build relationships with contractors and distributors with a focus on exploration and growth of the territory. This key position in our organization will report to the Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as strong business acumen. The candidate should be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills, are essential for dealing with multiple departments, customers, and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow sales in the residential sector and at distributors.
- Inform customers on product selection and installation information to ensure project success.
- Continuously learn about current and new product lines, as well as new developments in the industry.
- Organize and produce Unilock presentations.
- Participate in training activities, attend seminars and conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess strong sales performance skills.
Graduates of College or University level programs preferred.
Fluency in French and English.
Experience in landscape industry would be considered an asset.
Strong computer skills, using Microsoft Office.
- Applicants must be able to successfully complete driver and background check.
- Valid Ontario drivers license.
