We're actively seeking a talented Senior Agile Practitioner to join our CYBR New Product Delivery team in one of our office locations (Newport Beach, CA | Omaha, NB I Charlotte, NC | Toronto, Canada)

  • This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As a Senior Agile Practitioner at Pacific Life, you will join a team of 8–10 in CMD Tech Ops Life, working alongside a Systems Analysts, and Developers professionals. You'll help develop complex products with a focus on quality and rapid delivery to keep competitive advantage amongst our competitors.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Enhance efficiency by challenging current methods

The experience you bring:

  • B.S. - Finance and Economics or equivalent

  • Certificate of Project Management

  • Certified Professional Scrum Master, PSM

  • 6+ years of Scrum Master working experience

  • 5+ years of working as Senior Systems Analyst

  • Six Sigma – Green Belt (desire)

  • 5+ years of working experience in a Life Insurance

  • 5+ years of working with CyberLife Application Systems including 3270/CICS (Mainframe) and Browser (UI).

  • 5+ years of working as Project Manager

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$134, $164,120.00
