Position Overview:

This position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of client influencer programming. Passionate and skilled within the influencer/creator space with specific attention to crafting best-in-class affiliate programming. Experience should include paid and earned engagement across various tiers of talent and platforms for maximum diversity. This role should be comfortable making recommendations, organizational changes and program improvements based on performance. This role is expected to drive client programs from start to finish, which includes establishing strategies, detailing tactical timelines and deployment, overseeing execution, analyzing success metrics and managing junior staff.

As a Senior Account Supervisor, you should be comfortable jumping in at every level of program process, from influencer contract negotiations to tough client conversations. You have a deep understanding of influencers across segments and channels, staying on top of disclosure guidelines, and identifying areas of innovation. This position is client-facing and should bring proven experience in client communication, from mid to executive level dialogues that span strategy, performance and the tactical approach.At this level you have superior social and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently, while also knowing when to 'manage up'.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Lead affiliate and scaled partner strategies across multiple campaigns, inclusive of large-scale and small-scale partnerships.
  • Experience with working across various affiliate platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, etc.) and integrating their functions across internal creator-based programs.
  • Demonstrate best practices in organization of scaled programs, always seeking excellence and innovation within both internal and client-facing processes.
  • Work closely in integrated teams to ensure seamless coordination between activities (i.e. paid amplification, public relations programs and creative campaigns, social etc)
  • Work with influencers to create engaging, authentic content to accomplish client goals for maximum impact.
  • Effectively work within account budget parameters. Demonstrate a solid understanding of budget parameters and ability to manage budget allocation, invoicing and processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client teams across all functions.
  • Assist in the building and presentation of client presentations, with emphasis on executive-level communication.
  • Act as day-to-day client leader, with oversight from account director and senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 6 years of experience in client-facing affiliate marketing with overlap of influencer, social, digital and PR ecosystems.
  • Expert in affiliate programming, with experience in building programs from the ground up, especially in conjunction with influencer and creator partnerships.
  • Proven experience with influencer/creator engagement across paid and earned, different tiers and segments.
  • Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape
  • Experience in crafting compelling social media narratives and driving measurement efforts for social, digital or influencer programming, which includes calculating benchmarks, engagement rates, and synthesizing data
  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Experience in building relationships with creators and influencers on behalf of clients across new and/or emerging platforms (TikTok, Twitch etc.)
