Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities, for the territory of Alberta.
What you'll be doing is...Working in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, you'll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to:
- Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent Devoucoux at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
Requirements:
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Prior successful field sales experience
- You have a clean driving record and are ready to hit the road
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and are a independent and dynamic person
- You are a passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows
Sales Representative Benefits:
- You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential

- We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier (medical, dental and vision), in addition to your base pay and commission

Sales Representative Salary: We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan. Potential salary including base + commissions:
- Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission)
- Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85K (including base & unlimited commission)
- Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
