Key Responsibilities:

As a Host, you'll play a key role in supporting both guests and your team. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Creating a world-class first impression for every guest
  • Leading the front door experience with warmth, professionalism, and energy
  • Actively seeking opportunities to offer hospitality to guests and teammates
  • Answering phones, managing reservations, and fielding guest inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming host area and restaurant
  • Bussing and flipping tables quickly and efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
  • Taking takeout orders and assisting in accurately packing them up for pickup
  • Supporting new team member onboarding by modelling great hosting standards
