Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced Mold Finisher to join our expanding team.

The Mold Finisher is responsible for removing stock steel to get molding areas smooth by way of grinders, stones and emery cloth.

The Mold Finisher will report directly to the Moldmaking Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use of grinders and di-profilers to remove steel stock to get molding areas smooth
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Follow ISO standards and company procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molds
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of team
  • Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures

Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standard injection, multi-shot rotary, chrome grill products, and large interior trim.

We currently employ 890+ highly skilled team members, operating out of 4 locations, with 12 facilities globally. Corporate headquarters is located in Oldcastle (Windsor), Canada, with additional full capability facilities in Pulaski, Tennessee, Queretaro, Mexico, and Treviso, Italy.
