hybrid contract role
offers the opportunity to collaborate with strategists, UX designers, and developers to build scalable, user-centered digital experiences.
Job Overview
The Senior Visual Designer will lead the creation and documentation of
design systems
while crafting visually compelling, accessible interfaces for web and mobile. The ideal candidate combines creativity with structure—balancing aesthetic excellence, usability, and enterprise-level scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain detailed design systems for enterprise-scale web and app products.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite aligned with UX and brand standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, development, and product teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Present and rationalize design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
- Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles to all deliverables.
- Stay informed on emerging UI trends, tools, and best practices in visual design.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UI, Product, or Visual Design, ideally within enterprise or agency settings.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong experience building and annotating design systems.
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating polished, user-centered digital design work.
- Hybrid role with flexibility for remote and in-office collaboration.
- Experience with illustration, animation, or brand design.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and sprint-based projects.
