En tant que technicien(ne) comptable, tu joueras un rôle clé au sein de notre équipe finance. Ce poste polyvalent te permettra de participer activement à l'analyse financière et aux travaux de fin de période, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des processus comptables.

Tes principales responsabilités :

• Effectuer la facturation des ventes et assurer le suivi des comptes recevables;
• Enregistrer les comptes payables et préparer les paiements;
• Réaliser les écritures de journal et les conciliations bancaires;
• Procéder aux fermetures de fin de mois;
• Participer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels;
• Collecter, analyser et interpréter les informations financières afin de produire divers rapports;
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus comptables et à différents projets spéciaux.

Ton profil :

• Diplôme en comptabilité ou domaine connexe;
• Expérience pertinente en comptabilité ou en cycle complet;
• Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et bonne connaissance d'un ERP
• Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation;
• Esprit analytique et souci du détail.
• Nos clients sont situés au Québec et à l'extérieur du Québec, donc tu pourras être amené.e à parfois travailler en français et en anglais pour répondre à leurs besoins.

As an Accounting Technician, you will play a key role within our finance team. This versatile position allows you to take part in financial analysis and period-end activities, while contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoicing and ensure follow-up on accounts receivable;
• Record accounts payable and prepare payments;
• Perform journal entries and bank reconciliations;
• Carry out month-end closing activities;
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial information to produce various reports;
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and participate in special projects.

Your Profile:

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field;
• Relevant experience in accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping;
• Strong proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, etc.);
• Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Our clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs.
