- Operate automatic car wash machines, and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to maintenance.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide information on available car wash services.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle transactions and payments accurately.
- Maintenance and Organization:
- Maintain a clean and orderly car wash area, including cleaning bays and disposing of trash.
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly stored and maintained.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Follow environmental regulations regarding the disposal of cleaning agents and waste water.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor is a bonus.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
