The Role

We are seeking an experienced
Website & eCommerce Manager
to take ownership of our digital storefront and communications to ensure a best-in-class online experience for our customers. This role will oversee the infrastructure, technology, and performance of our websites and eCommerce platform, ensuring they operate seamlessly, securely, and with maximum impact on growth.

You will be responsible for optimizing site performance, improving the sales funnel, implementing data-driven UX/UI enhancements, and driving revenue through strategic eCommerce best practices. You will also manage analytics, KPI reporting, and continuous improvements across our digital ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of
technology, marketing, and commerce
—and who has a proven track record of success managing high-performing eCommerce sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance, functionality, and reliability of the PERFECT Sports websites, customer data and eCommerce store.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including
    Cloudways
    (web server),
    Cloudflare
    (DNS hosting),
    WordPress (Themeco template with Cornerstone builder)
    , various
    Payment Sytems
    and plugins, external
    API/Webhook
    integrations,
    WooCommerce
    (eCommerce platform) and
    MailChimp email/SMS
    platform.
  • Monitor and enhance site performance, speed, and security to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities across the sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement UX/UI improvements that drive engagement, conversions, and repeat business.
  • Own eCommerce analytics and KPI dashboards, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure campaigns, product launches, and promotions are executed flawlessly online.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our eCommerce presence remains competitive and cutting-edge.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    managing and optimizing websites and eCommerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce preferred).
  • Proven track record of improving online sales funnels, user experience, and site performance.
  • Strong technical understanding of web hosting, DNS, caching/CDN, and CMS/eCommerce systems.
  • Proficiency with
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and KPI reporting dashboards
    .
  • Experience with
    conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and UX/UI best practices
    .
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and performance nutrition is a plus.

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Website performance:
    Achieving and maintaining target page load speeds, uptime, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Conversion optimization:
    Growth in conversion rate (CRO) across key funnels (product pages, cart, checkout).
  • Customer acquisition:
    Growth in the number of customers in the email/SMS database.
  • Sales performance:
    Increases in eCommerce revenue, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • User experience:
    Improved engagement metrics (time on site, bounce rate, repeat sessions).
  • Data-driven insights:
    Accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of KPI dashboards and reporting to leadership.
  • Project delivery:
    On-time execution of site improvements, launches, and campaigns.
