Bilingual Operations Supervisor – Moncton, NB

Full-Time | On-Site | Multi-Tenant Office Buildings

We're looking for a hands-on, service-oriented leader to keep our buildings running smoothly. As the Operations Supervisor, you'll be the on-site go-to person—supporting tenants, coordinating contractors, and ensuring the property stays clean, safe, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do

  • Perform daily building walkthroughs and small repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).

  • Support HVAC/mechanical systems and seasonal maintenance.

  • Keep logs and digital records organized.

  • Respond to tenant requests with a service-first approach.

  • Coordinate contractor visits and assist with move-ins/move-outs.

  • Support safety checks and reinforce building standards.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual (English/French).

  • 2–5 years in maintenance, building operations, or trades.

  • Basic HVAC/mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfort with mobile apps and digital work order systems.

  • (Nice to have) Experience in office buildings, BAS exposure, safety training, reading basic plans.

En tant que Superviseur des opérations, vous serez la personne‑ressource sur le site — soutien aux locataires, coordination des entrepreneurs et maintien d'un environnement propre, sécuritaire et bien entretenu.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Effectuer des rondes quotidiennes et de petites réparations (plomberie, électricité, menuiserie, peinture).

  • Soutenir les systèmes CVAC/mécaniques et l'entretien saisonnier.

  • Tenir des registres et dossiers numériques à jour.

  • Répondre aux demandes des locataires avec professionnalisme.

  • Coordonner les visites d'entrepreneurs et aider lors des emménagements/déménagements.

  • Contribuer aux vérifications de sécurité et au respect des normes du bâtiment.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Bilinguisme (anglais/français).

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en entretien, opérations de bâtiments ou métiers connexes.

  • Connaissances de base en CVAC/mécanique et volonté d'apprendre.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et service à la clientèle.

  • Utilisation des systemes technologiques

  • (Atouts) Expérience en immeubles commerciaux, connaissances BAS, formations en sécurité, lecture de plans de base.
