  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests
  • Address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities
  • Ensure that check-in/check-out standards are met; accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • Know room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
  • Inform housekeeping department of changes to a guest's stay
  • Book and record accurately all hotel reservations or inquiries
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Front Office Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
