Community Occupational Therapist

We Offer:
- Salary-$125,000-225,000
- Part-time and Full-time Opportunities

Qualifications:
- Master's degree of Occupational Therapy (Required)
- ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required
- Great communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate and think critically (both written and verbal skills)
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (must be in good standing)
Responsibilities:
- Complete community assessments and implement an effective treatment plan for patients (Non-MVA files)
- Ensure that all patients' needs are met
- Collaborate with other team members and health care professionals when needed.
- Documentation-charting to ensure excellent communication in a timely manner
- Identify the need for any beneficial/assistive device for the patient – support with the coordination of the delivery and installation of these devices
