Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, while also supporting their developmental needs. If you have experience in caregiving, teaching, or working with individuals with disabilities, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
  • Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall goals of the childcare program.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting.
  • Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong teaching skills and the ability to engage children in educational activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
