Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Accident Benefits Clerk located in Ontario, Canada. The Accident Benefits Clerk will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of accident benefits claims, gathering and verifying necessary documentation, and maintaining records of transactions. Additional duties include communicating with clients and insurance companies, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The role requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accident benefits claims processing and related documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and insurance companies
- Proficiency in scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and part-time in Ontario, Canada
- Experience in a legal or insurance office setting is a plus
- Proficiency in office software and technology
