Your Key Responsibilities:
Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally, even in high-pressure situations
Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that assistance is en route and notify subscribers.
Maintain precise records of all alarm responses in our computer systems.
Uphold the utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Embrace new software and multitask effectively to complete various tasks.
Qualifications We Seek:
Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and French.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service is highly regarded.
Exhibit composure in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-pressure situations.
Intermediate computer skills, including strong data entry and keyboarding capabilities.
Must successfully pass pre-employment testing.
Candidates must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Must provide a criminal record check that meets management's approval.
