Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and graphic design, along with proficiency in various social media management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content tailored for each platform that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with others to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with social media management applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research effectively to enhance content visibility online.
  • Experience with Meta Advertising is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics to inform strategy decisions.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
