Pay & Benefits

• Blended Pay Structure of either 50% commission or guaranteed $22/hr for full-time groomers — whichever is higher
• 100% of tips – always yours

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional grooming services (scissoring, breed-specific cuts, grooming, de-matting, nail trimming, etc.)
• Build positive relationships with pets and their owners
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of dogs of all sizes and cats
• Collaborate with an experienced and supportive grooming team

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• Passion, patience, and love for animals
• Team player with excellent customer service skills
• Minimum 1 year of professional grooming experience
• Strong handling and scissoring skills
• Cleanliness and strong hygiene habits

Good-To-Have:

• Creative grooming (e.g. color, Asian fusion styles)
• Experience with puppies & senior dogs
• Pet First Aid / CPR certification
• Bather-to-groomer training background

† Sign-on bonus is paid after 6 months and may be recovered if the employee resigns before 12 months.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
