Key Summary:

As the Lead Digital Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for defining Online Merchandising strategies that are consistent with brand and business goals and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience across all digital touchpoints. A successful Digital Merchandising Manager will combine an analytical rigor with a passion for user experience to optimize the Firms digital sales strategy. You will build an unparalleled shopping experience across retail websites and marketplaces by collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Brand and Sales Teams to tell a cohesive story while maximizing traffic and conversion. This position reports to the Director of Digital Commerce.

Main Job Responsibilities:Develop eCommerce merchandising strategies that will meet or exceed company goals and KPIsEnsure that product features and benefits are being translated onto branded listings consistently across retail websites and marketplacesAnalyze weekly and daily performance metrics to provide insights and optimization across all platforms Set direction for merchandising strategies based on assessment of the competitive landscape and emerging online trends Work with Creative, Marketing, Brand and Sales teams to deliver a cohesive shopping experience across all digital customer touchpoints Maintain A/B testing roadmap; present testing plans and needs cross functionally, and share learnings and actions based on completed tests. Make appropriate recommendations. Location:
