Tez Health is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist (PT) to join our team and contribute to a holistic, client-centered approach to healthcare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide early concussion assessment and treatment as part of an interdisciplinary team.

About the Role:

As an Physiotherapist in our program, you will work collaboratively with occupational therapist to assess and support individuals recovering from concussions. The primary objective of the program is to provide early intervention, education, and reassurance to injured workers, helping them achieve a safe and sustainable return to work.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each worker's needs
  • Providing vestibular rehabilitation to support balance and coordination
  • Coordinating physiotherapy interventions for concussion-related injuries
  • Delivering cognitive rehabilitation strategies to improve mental clarity and focus
  • Conducting physiotherapy sessions in clinic settings
  • Leading group education and rehabilitation programs
  • Supporting return-to-work planning

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy
  • Minimum one year of experience in concussion rehabilitation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Active registration and good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Good standing with the College of physiotherapists of BC
  • Experience in working with individuals who have a Physical injury, Brain injury or Mental Health conditions.
