Server/Host

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will also assist in serving food and beverages, as well as supporting meal preparation and kitchen operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Assist with meal preparation and food handling in accordance with food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen spaces
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries regarding food items
• Handle cash transactions and process payments as needed
• Uphold high standards of food service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on serving or hosting roles
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal presentation
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper handling procedures
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen
