Location: River City Ford, Winnipeg, MB

Position: Apprentice/Entry Level Automotive Technicians

Salary: $18.79- $24.49 per hour

River City Ford is currently looking for Full-Time Apprentice/Entry level Automotive Technicians to join our busy team. Level 2 to 4 preferred but will also look at someone with an inclination to fixing vehicles. As we continue to grow our business, we need to continuously grow and develop Automotive Technicians for our future that work well in a team environment, demonstrate a strong work-ethic and are looking to grow and develop. Responsibilities

Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems

Repair or replace mechanical units or components

Estimate parts and labour costs

Perform scheduled maintenance service

Test and adjust units to specifications

Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements

Complete reports to record problems and work performed

Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor

Provide customer service

Qualifications

Automotive Technician Apprentice level 2- 4 completed or years of experience to prove qualifications

Valid Drivers license

Able to drive both standard and automatic vehicles

Enjoys working in fast-paced very busy environment

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

Professional communication & organizational skills

Able to work Saturdays

Employment Level
