Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and sales, with a strong ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer calls professionally.
  • Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales environment.
  • Experience in conducting product demos that highlight key features effectively.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts, particularly in technology-related products.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with customers.
  • Proven ability to sell products through effective upselling strategies.
