Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Edmonton, AB, for a Sales Design Consultant. The Sales Design Consultant will guide clients in selecting appropriate hardware, plumbing, and furnishings that align with their design and architectural projects. Responsibilities include assisting customers in the showroom, building long-term client relationships, providing expert advice, and meeting sales targets. The consultant will also work closely with interior design professionals to recommend suitable product solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service
  • Sales skills, including the ability to meet or exceed targets and effectively communicate product benefits
  • Knowledge of Interior Design, including trends and practical applications, is highly desirable
  • Experience with Furniture and Furnishings selection, with an eye for aesthetics and functionality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and design professionals
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a showroom environment
