With traffic and transactions soaring, we're entering a new era of operational scale — and we need the right leader to help us make the leap, 3 days a week $500 per day.
Your Role: Fractional COO / VP of Operations
We're a company in motion — scaling fast and entering a transformative phase of growth. After rapid early success, we're now shifting gears: moving from reactive operations to strategic execution, and from heroic individual efforts to repeatable, scalable systems. With sales and support teams (11 staff total) hungry for structure and clarity, we're ready for a leader who can harness this momentum and drive the next stage of our expansion.
We're looking for a Fractional COO / VP of Operations to partner with leadership and implement the systems, processes, and accountability that will fuel 50% revenue growth in year one — and set the stage to double again in year two. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-growth company from the inside, right at a crucial inflection point.
Your Mission: Build What Scales
Design and enforce high-impact operational systems that:
- Replace chaos and firefighting with clarity and consistency
- Empower teams with the tools, training, and accountability they crave
- Free leadership (especially the CTO) from daily ops to focus on growth
- Directly support aggressive, measurable revenue expansion
What You'll Achieve
First 60 Days
- Align leadership on a focused, high-impact set of metrics that reflect our growth priorities
- Win buy-in across teams for a shared operational vision
By 90 Days
- Implement KPIs and OKRs across sales and support
- Launch dashboards and weekly reporting for radical visibility
- Establish a rhythm of weekly accountability check-ins that reinforce ownership and alignment
By Month 4
- Culture shifts visibly — teams collaborate, execute, and take initiative
- CTO is no longer a bottleneck for support or operational decisions
By Month 6
- Recurring blockers are resolved before they escalate
- Support team operates independently with 7-day coverage
- Training systems and internal wikis enable ongoing upskilling
- Sales and support execution is consistent and measurable
- Zero missed tickets or preventable sales losses
By Month 12
- Training, sales/support ops, and event execution (conventions, outreach, follow-ups) are fully systematized
- Achieve 50% revenue growth with clear runway to double again next year
