What you'll do

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient transactions.
  • Control inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock without excess waste.
  • Train and develop staff through effective onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Handle cash management with precision, ensuring accurate financial reporting at shift end.
  • Supervise daily operations, addressing any challenges that arise with a proactive approach.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining experience is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality management or culinary arts is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a restaurant setting.
