WebMarketers is a growing digital marketing company with a centrally located, state-of-the-art office in Westboro. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively to deeply understand our clients' businesses, allowing us to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive their success.

We are looking to expand our team with an SEO/AEO/GEO Specialist This role is perfect for someone who is excited by the challenge of planning and implementing innovative SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for a variety of clients across Canada.

Ideally, you're a confident and driven individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work creatively within a team environment. You will work under the guidance of our account managers and digital marketing management team.

Qualified individuals should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Optimize content for AEO to capture top positions in voice search results and featured snippets.
  • Implement GEO strategies to optimize content for AI-driven platforms and generative models, ensuring it is suitable for AI-generated recommendations and interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates related to SEO, AEO, and GEO to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and others to monitor website performance and update SEO strategies accordingly based upon insight drived from this process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO, with a solid understanding of AEO and GEO strategies.
  • Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building.
  • Familiarity with optimizing content for AI models and understanding how generative AI impacts content discoverability.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify CMSs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
