Hourly Rate:
$48/hr (approx. $95–100K annualized)

Up to 25%

Position Summary:

We are seeking a
Product Manager
to drive the marketing, strategy, and profitability of our product lines. This role includes full P&L responsibility, product roadmap planning, pricing strategy, customer support, and alignment with sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical product knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P&L performance and set sales and profit goals for assigned product lines.
  • Develop and execute business and marketing plans, including market analysis, competitive assessments, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
  • Drive new product launches, including product roadmaps, promotional materials, inventory planning, and sales alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Commercial Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure customer-focused solutions.
  • Support and train sales teams, distributors, and channel partners on product features, value propositions, and strategies.
  • Lead and manage the performance of assigned staff while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize product success.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma from an accredited institution (technical discipline preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales/product engineering, marketing, or project management.
  • Solid understanding of industrial/commercial markets and mission-critical datacenter solutions (UPS, Racks, PDUs, Cooling products, network switches, fiber/copper cabling).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; Power BI and AI tools are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • P. Eng., CET, or C. Tech designation.
  • MBA or equivalent business training.
  • Bilingual (English/French) fluency a plus.
  • Experience in product roadmaps, pricing strategy, and launching new products.
